Challenges

Each new enterprise customer required customisation of the product, and the tech stack, Salesforce, was a relatively specialised environment. Front-end and server-side code both needed to be built for each project. The development team was a composite multi-vendor team, and coordination was challenging.

Solutions

We focused as much on project management as on actual software development. We took responsibility for full-stack delivery, and grew our team. We invested in building skills on the Salesforce platform as well as the domain of client on-boarding for the financial sector.
