A pod is a team of technical professionals who work consistently over a long period on a single product or system. A pod may have a leader who is a shared resource, but the members are full-time members, not shared across pods. A pod maps to a sprint team agile method of software development. Each Remiges pod is aligned to a product, module, or deployment stream and operates as an extension of the client's engineering organization.
